The noncompetitive program begins with a

basic introduction to den work and quarry and progresses through gradual steps to require the dog to demonstrate that it is capable of being trained to follow game to ground and work its quarry.

We'll be holding two tests on Saturday, August 16 and one on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at Winterwind Farm, Indiana, PA.

Don't forget to register for our upcoming Earthdog tests, held in Indiana, PA, on Aug 16 and 17. Register before Monday, Aug 11, for discounted entry fee. Any registrations received after that date will pay full entry fee.

The more dogs who are pre-registered, the more smoothly things will run on the test day since there is a lot of information we must enter for each dog and exhibitor before the tests can begin. This is especially important if you or your dog has not participated in WPEC's tests previously!
