🐾We’re Hiring: Part-Time Kennel Assistant Wanted! 🐾
We're growing—and so is our team! Our busy dog grooming, boarding, and daycare facility is looking for a reliable and caring Part-Time Kennel Assistant to help support our expanding operations. Specifically looking for weekday coverage 7AM-12PM shift
📍 Location: 4015 Fawnbrooke Dr Indian Trail 28079
🕐 Position: Part-Time Kennel Assistant (with potential for more hours as we continue to grow) holidays and weekends required.
🐶 About the Role:
As a Kennel Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the daily care and comfort of our canine guests. From maintaining clean, safe spaces to feeding, walking, and providing basic care, you’ll help ensure every dog in our facility is happy, healthy, and loved.
🦴 Responsibilities Include:
Feeding and watering dogs
Providing enrichment activities
Cleaning kennels and common areas
Walking and supervising dogs during outdoor time
Monitoring health and behavior
Assisting with basic grooming prep or baths (if needed)
Providing lots of love, attention, and enrichment!
✨ Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Previous animal care experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
