One of the gorgeous mares that we board named Liberty, who was rescued this past summer, has been going through episodes of unexplained mucus, draining from her nostrils. Her owner and several vets could not get it figured out until just a few days ago. Liberty had an empty spot where a tooth had been extracted a long while ago and no one knew and the information was never past along. Finally and thankfully she has some relief. A veterinarian in Russellville KY diagnosed her and fixed the issue. This is her yesterday having a procedure to flush her nasal cavity.
