Hey everyone, I know we have been a hot topic and unfortunately not in a good way lately. I want try and clear the air a little if possible. Regarding the dog that passed away shortly after leaving our facility, it was tragic and I wish it could have been prevented!! We spoke with their vet the day that it happened and she agreed that there was no fowl play and we did not contribute to his passing. Our insurance also spoke with her and she also expressed the same thing to them. We love every pet that walks through our door as our own! I understand how it’s concerning when a facility you trust with your pets well being has an instance like this one! Starting next week (as long as they can get set up in time) we will be live streaming our tub, grooming tables, and kennel room on Facebook live every day. There will be no audio to keep privacy about dog names and phone calls private. If you don’t want your pup on live stream please let us know and we will move that camera while we are working on your pup. If you have any concerns about your pet please don’t hesitate to call and ask to talk to Hailey! (319)332-8282
