Our sweet new Dexter girls! 🥰 We (re)named them Junebug and Georgia. We hope to have them for many years and fingers crossed they give us many beautiful calves. ❤️🤞🐮🌾

After lots of discussion with fellow cattle keepers, we’ve decided to specialize in Dexters! Dexter Cattle are a smaller beef breed that suits our small farm and will produce high quality, flavorful meat. This little guy’s name is Merle and will be our future herd sire. As we build our Dexter herd, we will continue to offer Jersey beef and started feeder calves. Feel free to reach out for more info on our beef and pork options!!

“Tiny Tim” has officially made it 1 week with us. He has been anything but healthy and he tries to die every day. Drenches, tube feeding electrolytes, meds, you name it but he’s still kicking! Hopefully we get him to the 2 week mark. We are a glutton for punishment buying a stockyard calf but I’m bound and determined to get him through! More announcements to come. We have a few more furry friends joining the farm! 🥰
