This month, we are proudly supporting the Ribbons of Hope: Hope Lives Here Mental Health Awareness campaign. For just $1 per ribbon, you can write a message of hope, remembrance, encouragement, or support for someone who may be struggling. 🎗️

Each ribbon represents:

✨ A story
✨ A reminder that no one is alone

Our goal is to help break the stigma surrounding mental health while encouraging connection, compassion, and conversation throughout our community.

🐾 Friendly Reminder About Our Policies 🐾
To help keep our grooming days running smoothly and make sure every pup gets the time and care they deserve, we’d like to remind everyone of our scheduling policies:
• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be charged a $15 late fee, and may need to reschedule depending on the day’s schedule.
• If you are running behind, please communicate with us as soon as possible. Lack of communication affects not only our team, but every pup scheduled after you.
• Once you receive a text that your pup is ready for pickup, we ask that pickup be completed in a timely manner. Dogs left for an extended period after notification may incur a $15 pickup fee depending on how late pickup occurs.
• All of Reyann’s clients have recently signed a policy form consenting to these terms and conditions. Rachel’s clients will be required to sign updated policy forms at their next appointment.
Our time is incredibly important in ensuring each dog receives the attention, patience, and quality grooming they deserve while keeping our day on schedule for all clients. We truly appreciate your understanding, respect, and continued support of our small business! 🐶✂️
