m. We provide foster care until forever homes are located. All our animals are spay/neutered, receive necessary shots and other veterinary care as needed. Each year, relying only on the generosity of donors and small grants, ARF helps an increasing number of dogs and cats, turning sad stories into happy tails. ARF has always worked to educate our population about the importance of responsible pet ownership, including the need for spay/neuter and heartworm disease prevention.
