I would first like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for supporting my local business — your loyalty means the world to me!

As the cost of doing business continues to rise, I’ve taken some time to carefully consider how to adjust while maintaining the quality of service you expect and deserve. Rather than increasing the prices of grooming services, I’ve chosen to implement a small processing fee on all credit and debit card payments made at the end of each appointment. This fee helps cover the costs associated with card transaction services and ensures we can continue to provide quality service.

To avoid this fee, we’re happy to offer alternative payment methods, including cash and Cash App, which are not subject to any additional charges.

Doodles make up approximately 65% of our client base, so I wanted to share some helpful tips for current Doodle owners and anyone considering bringing a Doodle into their family. 🥰
Proper care and fur maintenance are essential to keeping a Doodle looking and feeling their best. Regular brushing, bathing, grooming, and ear and nail care are essential to keeping their coat healthy, shiny, and free from matting or pelting. A balanced diet and consistent grooming will also contribute to a long, happy, and healthy life for your Doodle. As a business that operates by appointment, our schedule depends on appointments being honored. We have a limited number of slots available each day and a standby list of furry friends waiting for their turn. 🐕📅

To better serve all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to another pet in need. Cancellations made the morning of an appointment may not allow us enough time to fill the spot. Of course, we understand that emergencies happen—please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

📅 Starting February 9th, reminder messages will be sent to clients with upcoming appointments. Please note our updated cancellation policy:

🚫 No-shows, late arrivals (more than 15 minutes), or cancellations with less than 24–48 hours’ notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled groom.

💳 Clients who miss an appointment will be required to prepay the full cost of the missed session when rescheduling. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

⚠️ After three no-show appointments, clients must prepay for all future appointments, and we reserve the right to discontinue services.

We appreciate your understanding as we implement these policies to ensure the best service for all of our clients. Thank you for your continued support—let’s make 2025 our best year yet! 🎉🐾✨

Here's a fun little fact about our furry pals: while dogs can devour just about anything, there are certain foods that can turn them from happy pups into not-so-happy campers! 🚫🍫

Take grapes, for instance. You might think they're a healthy snack, but they're actually a big no-no for dogs. Just a handful can lead to kidney failure! 😱 And don’t get me started on chocolate—because, let’s be real, if dogs could have a sweet tooth, chocolate would be their first choice! 🍫 But it’s a serious danger.

Xylitol, often found in sugar-free gum and some peanut butter, is another sneaky ingredient that can wreak havoc on a dog’s health. It drops their blood sugar and can lead to liver failure! Yikes!

So, next time you're enjoying a snack, remember to keep those toxic foods away from your pup. They may give you those puppy-dog eyes, but trust me, it’s better to stick to doggie treats. 🥳🍖 Let’s keep our furry friends safe and sound!

The temperature is going to drop in the negatives over the next couple of days and your fur baby is counting on you to be kind and bring them in so that they can stay warm and stay alive. If they are in need of a clean up from being kept outside, contact our salon and we will get them cleaned up and smelling great! 🐕🐾💜
