🔥❤️‍🔥 Meet Waylon ❤️‍🔥🔥

This 2-year-old Belgian Shepherd mix is the total package: handsome, loyal, and full of heart. He’s loving, crate trained, great with livestock, and non-reactive with other dogs.

Waylon is a busy boy BUT not wild, not unmanageable, but not a couch potato. He thrives with activity, direction, and a home that appreciates his working spirit. Even if his work means he does farm chores with you and gets to be by you!

He’s making steady progress in obedience and is ready to bond with his forever family.

Low Rehome Fee for the quality of dog he is!!

I want to thank everyone who pledged to help get Bingo here. Your support not only covered his expenses but also gave him the chance to decompress, learn, and finally look to me for direction. You didn’t just save a dog, you gave him a chance at a purpose and a future. 🩵

Thank you Mel Brown for taking time out of your own day to get some photos!

Had to run to Lowe’s for a few things. We were discussing the logistics. Pink found a cool place to lay and wait for us to make up our minds!
This is how your dog should act in public…they should be able to settle and wait comfortably. And yes at 4 months old this is possible.

WORKING DOG COMMUNITY
ONE OF OUR OWN NEEDS HELP❗️

My friend, fellow trainer, and working dog owner Ali is facing every handler’s nightmare. Her incredible dog Leia, a high-drive, ball-obsessed, unstoppable partner, suddenly stopped eating, stopped taking a ball, and now is fighting for her life.

It started with small pin-prick sores on her foot that oozed and worsened. Now, she has painful lesions on her tongue and inside her mouth. She won’t eat. She won’t drink. She has a fever. She’s on five different medications and has already been through $3,500 worth of vet visits, tests, and treatments. The vets still don’t have all the answers, but they suspect something venomous.

Ali has always been the kind of person who shows up for others, a positive force, a skilled trainer, and someone who pours everything into her dog. Now, she’s fighting to save her partner, and she shouldn’t have to do it alone.

💰 If you can help with vet bills, any amount makes a difference.
💬 If you can’t donate, please share this post.

The working dog world is small, and when one of our own is in crisis, we rally. Let’s help Ali get her dog the care she needs to pull through.

Meet Aries ♈️

Death row to DNA results.

When dogs come into our program, they’re health-tested, behavior-evaluated, and given a training foundation. We also run DNA testing so we know WHO they are, not just guess.

Aries came from a California shelter’s euthanasia list. His DNA? Mostly Belgian Malinois, with some German Shepherd. DNA testing helps us identify breed traits, check for genetic health concerns, and set each dog up for success in the right home.

He’s smart, biddable, and has huge potential, as a family dog, sport dog, or travel companion. Aries can be reserved now and custom-trained for the right home. In just 3 months, he’ll be ready to go live his best life.

Meet Bear
📍 From California Death Row to Idaho Recovery

Born in 2020…the same year the world shut down.

Bear was a COVID-era dog, surrendered by his family to a California shelter with written permission to euthanize if not adopted. Because of his behavior, he was labeled rescue only. He wasn’t visible to the public. He sat in the back, unseen, unheard, and unadoptable.

But I saw him, thank you to people who donate their time to network these types of dogs.

Because of these people who network, and generous people who pledge money, I was able to pull Bear, along with two others. He arrived with a cough, like so many shelter dogs, so we’ve been quarantining, giving him the medical care and space to breathe, and a foundation to begin again.

💥 No free-for-alls.
💥 No bowls of cheap kibble.
💥 No chaos.
Just structure, intention, and a fresh start.

Here’s what training looks like in my program:
✨ No bowls. Every meal is hand-fed. Not as a gimmick! It is a connection. It’s building a dog who looks to humans for value, leadership, and comfort.
✨ No leash pressure. Just food, focus, and freedom.
✨ No force. Just motivation, clarity, and repetition.

Today was Bear’s first official training session. I dropped the slip lead. He stayed with me. We worked on engagement, recall, and the start of luring into positions like “sit” and “down.” It’s not a flashy session, but it’s a powerful one. Because he’s happy. He’s choosing me. And he doesn’t even know he’s training yet.

➡️ If you’ve ever wondered what it means to “train a rescue dog,” it starts here.
Not with commands.
But with connection.

Bear is beginning to learn that reward comes from people again.
That his name means something.
That he is seen.

🐾 Follow along as we build him back! One handfed meal, one rep, one choice at a time.

A tired dog isn’t sad. He’s fulfilled.

Tongue out, eyes soft, body relaxed. That is what a worked dog looks like. Not just walked. Not just cuddled. Not just spoiled with toys.

You can throw all the treats, toys, and affection at a dog… but if their instincts aren’t fulfilled, they’ll never be truly happy.

Especially with breeds like Shepherds and Malinois, it’s not about fenced yards or playmates.
It’s about purpose.
It’s about direction.
It’s about doing the work.

That’s what we do here. And that’s what we place. Not just pets, they are partners.
