What to do with the ends of your sourdough bread? Make croutons! Simple, delicious and frugal.
-cut bread ends into medium sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons (or so) of EVOO
-1 tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning
-mix till all ingredients are combined
-cook in skillet on medium low temperature till dried out and crispy
