Dr. Simpson didn’t create SynNutra Equine to chase a trend, he created it because, as a lifelong horseman and practicing equine veterinarian, he saw firsthand where traditional options were falling short. 🐴

After decades of treating performance horses, he knew there had to be a better way to support their stress response, digestion, recovery, and overall well-being without simply masking symptoms.

His products were born out of clinical experience, scientific understanding, and, most importantly, a genuine love for horses and a commitment to doing right by them. SynNutra exists because one vet believed that if you can improve a horse’s quality of life, you should.

Is your horse suddenly spooking at objects they’ve walked past a hundred times before? 👀

Before you assume they’re just being “”bad”” or “”fresh,”” ask yourself: Is this normal for them?

A sudden change in behavior can sometimes be your horse’s way of telling you something has changed.
Maybe they’re also:

✨ More tense during grooming or tacking up.
✨ Less focused under saddle.
✨ More reactive to your leg or aids.
✨ Performing below their normal level.
✨ More anxious than usual.

Not every spooky horse has an underlying issue, but a horse that suddenly becomes more reactive deserves a closer look. Physical discomfort, stress, changes in routine, or digestive health can all influence behavior.

The goal isn’t to jump to conclusions, it’s to listen to what your horse may be trying to communicate. Sometimes, “”spooky”” is more than just spooky.
