Here’s a cool random cryotherapy fact for horses 🐎❄️

A horse’s lower legs cool almost 3× faster than human limbs during cryotherapy — and that’s exactly why it’s so effective at preventing tendon and ligament injuries.

I have another video in the comments since it won’t let me add another one and excuse the sound, the wind was howling through the barn. After doing some research I discovered that muscle scraping can help with scar tissue, so we are giving it a whirl along with cryotherapy treatments and basic wound care.

I will also be in the Torrington area Oct. 3-5 so if you need sessions I have a few available!
