Ending the year with an employee dinner..missing a few faces tonight, but carrying every single one in my heart.
Authority K9 LLC (Von Den Mächtigen) does not run without each and every employee who shows up day after day, through early mornings and late nights, in the heat, the cold, the chaos, and the calm.
The long hours, the dirty work, the patience, the structure, and the consistency required to raise and train true working dogs is not easy and it is never accidental. The standard we hold at Authority K9 / VDM is high by design, and it takes the right people to uphold it. Every kennel cleaned, every training rep repeated, every dog advocated for, and every detail handled behind the scenes is what makes this program successful.
What started as a vision has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined. It has become a family built on trust, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. A team that understands working dogs, respects the process, and refuses to cut corners because these dogs deserve nothing less.
I am beyond thankful and incredibly proud of the team I’ve built. Proud of the culture at Authority K9 LLC. Proud of the growth, the results, and the reputation we’ve earned. Most of all, proud of the incredible dogs that come out of this program because of the people standing behind them every single day.
This is more than a job. More than a business.
This is a family, a standard, and a legacy we are building together. 🤍🐕🦺🔥
