🌱Out of the office; into the field. We had to say goodbye to our intern but not before showing her a little more of what happens outside the doors of our office. The whole reason we get to do what we do!

No high schoolers, vendor tables, or ankles were taken out. So we are calling this a win and hopefully memorable way to hand out merch.

We had a great time meeting so many area high schoolers at the Huron School District Business & Career Fair. It’s always a joy connecting with the next generation and sharing a little excitement about agriculture.

We were thankful Braylynn was up for our idea to have a little fun. She crushed it as the GHF pop‑delivering MVP in the pink jeep.

Spring Saftey Training ✔️

Another step closer to kicking off spring planting with saftey at the front of our minds. We are feeling excited for the season ahead!

We’ve had the honor of welcoming Braylynn as our intern for her World of Work class, and she’s been such a fun addition to the office. A new face and fresh energy have definitely brightened up our morning routine.

We hope she’s enjoying learning from us just as much as we’ve enjoyed learning from her!

San Antonio treated us well! The three of us packed our bags and headed south for the Commodity Classic and a few Bayer pre‑events.

We soaked up lots of education, connected with incredible people across the ag world, and even squeezed in a little fun along the way. It’s always energizing to step away from the farm for a bit and bring fresh ideas back home to keep pushing our operation forward.

Grateful for the opportunity, the conversations, and the momentum heading into a new season.

We know it’s been a little quiet 🤫 on our page…
Winter has a way of looking slow from the outside, but behind the scenes it’s one of our busiest seasons. Shop projects, grain hauling, maintenance, company planning, financials and year end book work… all the unglamorous but essential work that keeps the farm running strong.

We have also welcomed a new fluffy face to the office. She has us wrapped around her paw and I am sure will soon be sharing her many opinions. She has been focused on snuggling, “supervising”, and mandatory play breaks, but today we decided it’s time for her to get to work. Leave your caption of Luna’s thoughts 💭 about a little blue-collar work below.

🎅 Merry Christmas Eve 🎄
We kicked off the season with our company Christmas party a few weeks ago, and it was full of good food and great fun. The guys finally claimed themselves a causal shop party—much to the girls’ best efforts for anything but that.

Don’t worry though, we still made them play ridiculous games, as seen in the comments👇🏻

We have had some time after a long harvest to breathe and reflect. We are deeply grateful for the life of farming and for the God-given beauty that surrounds us including the gift of watching the fruits of our labor grow from seed to harvest, year after year.
