Sorry for the length, I guess I tend to over explain because being short and to the point isn't easy for me. I want everything to make sense and leave nothing unsaid or missed..😅
I just wanted to give a little scheduling update and scream THANK YOU so much for all the support for my small business. I truly appreciate every single one of you! ❤️ stepping back, I still can’t believe how far this business has come, and it honestly wouldn’t be possible without all of YOU trusting me with your pets.
Right now, I am currently booking about 3 weeks out. I know it can be frustrating when I can’t get your pet in right away, but I hope it also gives some reassurance and peace of mind knowing your pets are going to someone who is trusted, reliable, and provides quality care. I’m so thankful for all the continued support that keeps my small business thriving!
Because my schedule stays full and I keep a longer waitlist, appointment confirmations are REQUIRED. Reminder texts are sent 48 hours before your appointment, and if the appointment is not confirmed I will send a message to double check and if I dont hear back by by the end of the day, your appointment will be CANCELED so I can offer that spot to another client waiting to get in. This is to protect my time, and my business while also giving others a chance at getting their pet in.
Please also continue to be mindful of my cancellation and no-show policy signed prior to services. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments greatly impact small businesses, especially when that appointment time was reserved specifically for your pet.
To help avoid longer waits, I always recommend booking your next appointment at pickup. That way, you can keep the day and time that works best for you before spots fill up. Messages will be sent to those on the waitlist when an opening becomes available that can properly accommodate your pet and the time needed for their appointment.
