Happy National Love Your Pet Day to the ones who make our house a home. 🐾🖤🐾

Naomi, Rune, and Zelda are my daily grounding, my chaos coordinators, my cuddle therapists, and the reason there’s fur on literally everything I own. 😂

They’ve taught me patience, softness, loyalty, and how to slow down and just be.

Today we celebrate the unconditional love, the zoomies, the head boops, and the quiet moments on the couch that mean more than words ever could. Cheers to our loving pets and many memories. I love them more than all of the stars in the sky! 🌌

Whether it’s a groundhog or a ground dog, today reminds us that winter moves in its own rhythm ❄️🌙

Some seasons linger longer than expected.
More rest. More stillness. More patience.

Even when the cold stretches on, there is quiet wisdom in slowing down, conserving energy, and staying close to those who walk beside us.

Happy Meditation Monday! 🧘🏼‍♀️ Please join me in some quiet reflection with Leona! 🦁

Snow gathers quietly while everything slows to a softer rhythm.
Warm light.
A steady breath.
A loyal presence resting nearby.

Animals seem to understand when our nervous systems are tired.
They don’t rush us forward.
They don’t ask for explanations.
They meet us in the pause and stay.

This season can feel heavy and overwhelming, with too much to carry and too little time to rest.
But moments like this remind me that slowing down is not falling behind.
It is listening.
It is tending to what needs care, gently and without urgency.

Whether it’s a few quiet minutes at home or creating a calm space for the animals in my care, I believe softness has its own kind of strength.
Care can be steady.
Presence can be enough.

Today, I’m choosing to move a little slower.
To breathe a little deeper.
