We need to give a big THANK YOU to all our awesome clients who have shown their support, encouragement and patience! We are back to work because of you. We hope to have some big announcements coming up in the next few months!
Thank you again for all your patience. We are prioritizing our missed appointments while creating our new schedule. If you have a pre-existing appointment, we will reach out to you soon. Our team is a bit smaller now, so our social media posts may be less frequent, but we're here, and committed to getting your pups in the shop as swiftly as we're able. Hello Everyone! Thank you all for your patience. We have had a bit of a rough run these last couple weeks, but we're looking forward to getting back to work soon! We'll be posting and reaching out to missed-appointments this week, and catching back up to our schedule starting this month!

Good morning, and I hope you are all well. Early yesterday, our shop received an email informing us that our time-table had been reduced, and we only had one day before we would need to be out. We reached out to as many of today's clients as we could get ahold of, then I pulled an all-nighter to clear out the shop. Our services will resume as soon as we get moved into our new space, and we will reach out via email to everyone affected. I sincerely appreciate all the support and encouragement our community has shown us. This interruption of our services is temporary, and we are committed to keeping this delay to an absolute minimum. Thank you for your patience with this unexpected change.Be well, and we look forward to resuming our services soon.

The Wet Dog Canine Barbershop is facing something that we had hoped that we would never have to say out loud... we have been informed that as of Tuesday March 24th we have only 10 days to find a new location before we are forced to close our doors. Due to this sudden news we will not be able to accept new/future appointments until we have found a new location. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that we know this may cause and hope that you will grant us patience and understanding during this difficult transition period. As soon as we know where our new location is going to be we will be in contact. We are devastated to be forced to share this news with all of you and we know you will be too.

We do ask that you please read the rest of this message in it's entirety. We will try to answer all of your questions as best we can.

For all those who currently have existing appointments before April 3rd:

All appointments prior to April 3rd will be honored. We look forward to seeing each of you and having the opportunity discuss these changes in person.

For clients who are currently booked after April 3rd:

We deeply regret to inform everyone that we will not be able to fulfill appointments after April 3rd, at this time. All deposits for any appointments after April 3rd will be refunded prior to the date of the appointment. We will be in contact with you in regards to these appointments as soon as possible, please await our call.

To us The Wet Dog is not merely a business. It is our second home. It is where anxious pups can come to learn how to trust again. Where matted rescues come for a fresh start. We have formed friendships with so many of you and every dog has become a part of our family. We truly love what we have built here and feel that we still have so much more to give back.

Right now, we asking for something bigger than bookings. We are asking for community.

If you or someone you know:

- Has a commercial space for rent

- Knows of a location that may be coming available very soon

- Has connections to property owners or listing agents

- Or can simply share this post to widen our outreach
.. you could be the reason that we get to keep doing what we love and helping the pups who need it most.

We are heartbroken, but we are not hopeless. We believe in this community because we have seen your kindness every single day through your dogs. Now we are asking for that same compassion to help keep The Wet Dog alive.
