*Adopted*
๐ Letโs talk numbers. (Just dogs for now โ weโve mostly been able to stay on top of cats.)
In January, we took in 17 dogs.
We adopted out 12.
During that same month, we received requests to take in:
๐พ 71 dogs from Madison County
๐พ 14 more from outside Madison County
And thatโs not even counting the hundreds on our list still waiting from last year.
Even if we only consider the requests from January, our waitlist is already 4โ5 months long.
Hereโs the reality:
We cannot help 70+ dogs every month if we can only find homes for 12.
We could have 100 kennels and still be completely full in just a few weeks.
๐ This is why we are constantly begging for help โ because the need is bigger than the resources we have.

๐จ And PLEASE donโt give away unfixed puppies.
If you have an litter, call us โ we can get the whole litter AND Mom fixed at 8 weeks, before you give them away.
We canโt do this without you. ๐ถ๐
