Due to an increase in last minute cancellations and no-shows I’m posting this as a reminder to everyone.
No shows and late cancellations cost us money.
❗️Cancellation Policy❗️
We ask that you give 24 hour notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Appointments cancelled without 24 hour notice will result in charge of 50% of your service total.
With that being said we understand that things happen out of your control at the last minute. Reasons for cancellation can be discussed to waive the cancellation fee.
❗️No-Show Policy❗️
Anybody that does not show up for their scheduled appointment without any kind of notice will be required to pay 100% of the missed service. If a client has missed 3 scheduled appointments due to not showing up, they will no longer be scheduled. Again, we understand life happens, we just ask that you communicate with us.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointments. Appointment confirmations are sent out 2 days before every appointment, and reminders 24 hours before appointment. Please be respectful and courteous of our time, and other clients who are on a waiting list.
✨unconfirmed appointments is not a way to tell us you are not coming. We need a call or text!
