Dear clients, we would like to bring to your attention our shop policies regarding scheduling and appointments. To ensure efficient service, we require all clients to arrive at their scheduled appointment times. If emergencies or traffic conditions prevent timely arrival, please inform us promptly. We also require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for scheduling changes, allowing us to adjust our schedules and potentially accommodate other clients. As our groomers are paid per dog, advance notice is greatly appreciated. Please note that our shop operates without a fixed closing time, and we will contact you when your dog is ready for pickup after a 20-minute courtesy period. Our last appointments typically conclude by 1:00 or 1:30 PM. We value your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us during our operating hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

We have been made aware that some of our policies may be ambiguous and perplexing, and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify them for the benefit of our valued clients. Due to the nature of our business, we operate on a strict time schedule, which necessitates clients being present at the scheduled appointment time. Although our automated system sends reminders stating that appointments will be canceled if the client is 10 to 15 minutes late, this allowance is intended for unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or traffic, not as a grace period for tardiness. Clients are expected to arrive punctually at the designated time. Furthermore, we require a 48-hour notice period for any scheduling changes, although we understand that genuine emergencies may sometimes prevent this. Our comprehensive client records include detailed notes on each appointment, encompassing the dog's condition, specific grooming procedures, and any health issues. While we appreciate the trust our clients place in us, confirmed appointments are essential. If a pattern of missed appointments emerges or specific scheduling requirements are not met, we may need to refer you to an alternative groomer. We strive to be fair and flexible, acknowledging the nuances of our business.
