Apologies for the recent lack of social media, but being the first week under new ownership it has been very time consuming. Here are some photos from the last couple of weeks.

This is a bittersweet Tongue Out post, because it is my last post as the owner of Stay & Play. Due to some recent health issues, and the fact that I am just that old, I am officially retired as of June 3, finally joining my husband, Steve, who retired 5 years ago. I will miss all of my furry clients and their families terribly, but it’s time for the next generation to take over. I think everyone knows that I would not turn my beloved business over to just anyone. It had to be the perfect people, who I found in Ashley and Lenny Fox, our new owners. They are both medical professionals, but have impeccable credentials in caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. For over 20 years they have been very involved in dog & cat rescues, and have multiple dogs of their own. They will be keeping things “business as usual” at Stay & Play. We are still a family owned and operated business, and you will be seeing the same familiar faces, same hours, same prices, and there will still be someone overnight. The only real change is definitely for the better, we are finally getting computerized. Welcome to the 21st century Stay & Play! I will be still be around to make the transition a smooth one, and I look forward to seeing Ashley and Lenny flourish as the new owners. Much love, Carol 🐾❤️
