Unfortunately, we have had to change our late fee policy on completed mounts. It is very unfortunate and we apologize for this inconvenience. But it is necessary for our business to continue providing services to our customers, vendors and pay checks to our workers. All Invoices clearly state that the remaining balances due on completed mounts are to be paid at TIME OF MOUNT COMPLETION not at pickup or days or weeks later. Customers have prior notification that their mounts are going to be completed soon. The new policy goes into effect today March 21, 2026 at 7pm.
As follows:
5 days late after completion date a $5 late fee will be added to remaining balances for each day until 10 days past due.
At 10 days past due of completion date a charge of $10 daily will be added to balances due.
At 20 days past due your items will become the property of Outlaw Taxidermy LLC with loss of any and all money paid for items. Outlaw Taxidermy LLC does not give refunds of any kind.
