From the desk of Devin: The 'Glow Up' Edition. ✨🐾

Before: Living proof that you can be "too much of a good thing." 🐻💨 I was 90% fluff, 10% attitude, and 100% blind. 🙈 My GPS was just a distant memory.

After: New look, who 'dis? 🕶️ Total sleek-mode activated. 🚀 Thanks to the wizards at Alpine Kennels & Grooming, I went from a woolly mammoth to a sophisticated gentleman. 🎩💈 I can finally see my fans, and they have to use me to calibrate their phones. 📱✨ You're welcome. 😉

Dude’s POV: "The Stealth Frog" 🐸

"Human, listen to me very carefully. I am no longer a dog. I am a tree frog."

When the crew at Alpine Kennels first pulled out this green polka-dot contraption indoors, I had my doubts. I gave them my best 'Are you quite serious right now?' look while sitting on the mat. But then? They opened the door.
The second my paws hit that wet gravel trail, everything changed. This hood isn't just fashion—it’s camouflage. The rain was falling, my tail was up, and my eyes were wide open tracking local squirrel movement. I was completely invisible. A shadow in the mist. 10/10 would blend into the wet leaves again.

Remi’s POV: "The Pocket Full of Sunshine" ☀️

"RAIN? WHAT RAIN?! THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!"

Okay, so at first, I had to pause and make sure my high-visibility safety stripe was perfectly aligned. A handsome guy has to keep his composure and his pit bull charm intact, you know? I stood there looking very polite and distinguished while they fastened my bright yellow slicker.
But the moment they clipped the leash and said the magic word—WALK—I lost it. I don't care if the skies are grey, I brought my own sunshine! I am waterproof, I am happy, and I am ready to sniff every single muddy blade of grass! Look at this smile! You can't damp-en this mood!

📢 A Quick Announcement From The Pack

Attention all Pawrents! We know the skies last night were making some seriously rude noises again, but we wanted to check in and let you know that we absolutely aced Round Two of the Great Summer Storms!

Here is our official, unfiltered puppy report on how we handled last night's thunder-booms at Alpine Kennels and Grooming:

📝 The Official Doggo Log

The Big Noises (approx. 8:00 PM): The sky did a giant rumble-crunch sound. A few of us gave some very brave, very necessary "boofs" to let the storm know this is our house. It worked, obviously, because the storm stayed outside.

The Midnight Snack Strategy:

The humans here are absolute geniuses. When the lightning started putting on a light show, they handed out the good stuff—frozen peanut butter Kongs and special bedtime treats. Pro tip: It is physically impossible to worry about thunder when your tongue is stuck to the bottom of a Kong.

The Slumber Party:

We all piled up in our cozy, secure dens with plenty of fluffy blankets. The humans kept the music playing (we're big fans of the reggae and classical playlists they pick for us, very soothing for the soul).

The Morning After: We woke up, shook it off, and realized the sun is back!

💖 A Note to Our Humans
"To all our moms and dads at home: Please don't worry! Our ears are fine, our tails are wagging, and we actually think we deserve extra belly rubs today for being so incredibly brave. The humans here took amazing care of us, and we're already out in the yard playing!"

🐾 A Message from the Pups at Alpine Kennels! 🐾

Hey Moms, Dads, and Paw-rents!

We wanted to check in and let you know about our big campout last night. You might have heard some loud sky-rumbles, but don't you worry—we handled it like total champions!

The awesome humans here tucked us in tight, gave us extra belly rubs, and made sure we felt totally safe and cozy the whole time.

Guess what? The power is fully on, the lights are bright, and we are having the best morning! ⚡🐶

We've already had our breakfast, some extra treats for being "such brave boys and girls," and now we're getting ready for another fun day of playtime and grooming pampering.

We miss you, but we are safe, happy, and having a blast. See you soon!
