All About Cats is an all volunteer rescue organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming cats and kittens in the Humble, Kingwood, and Atascocita areas of greater Houston. All of our animals are saved from life on the streets or rescued from owner abandonment. We have many wonderful pets, old and young alike, with unique personalities all their own. Come out to our weekend adoption days at Petco

off Beltway 8 and Wilson Road (Saturdays 12-4 and Sundays 1-4) to meet a new forever friend. Only a few of our adoptable cats come to events each weekend, so if you see a cat or kitten on our page that you are interested in meeting, send us a message and we will do our best to make sure he/she comes to the next adoption event, or we can set up a meeting. You can also visit our resident kitties in the Petco kitty condos during the week days. Our adoption fees for adult cats include all vaccines, deworming, spay or neuter, a veterinary health check, and a feline leukemia/feline AIDS test. Our adoption fees for kittens 6 months and younger include age appropriate vaccines, deworming, a veterinary health check, and a feline leukemia/feline AIDS test. Sometimes we run adoption specials, so send us a message or come on out to find out more about how you can bring home your furry friend.

100% of our adoption fees are used for the health and care of the kitties in our program.

If you remember Happy Girl ( who could forget those big gold eyes!) and Rush, the conservative Russian Blue, they are doing so well together! They have reacquainted with each other having come from the same foster home, and are enjoying life together. Happy Girl loves to put her head in the fresh catnip and Rush waits for the next lap to be comfy in! I couldn't be happier for them, looking forward to pet sitting for them again! 💝

Just a miracle this little fella was even found! He was hyperventilating on the blacktop by Taco Bell near Petco at Wilson rd. Just a few days old survival chances were quickly going to zero! But he was found ! Bean is being loved , fed and is thriving under the care of his foster mom. There are happy endings is this sometimes not too nice world!💝

Not only can spaying and neutering your pets help prevent certain cancers, make your pet easier to train, and help stop pets from escaping their yards - but you also do the entire city a service by preventing unwanted pets from roaming the streets. Think of how much tax dollars would be saved if the city pounds and county shelters were put out of business!?
