Still have some availability!!

It isn't often that the schedule opens up for new clients. This spring there are some openings for new clients!!

- Evenings and Saturdays are not available (unless you haul in and that is still limited)
- Must stay on a 6-8 week rotation
- Good communication is key!

Please get a hold of Zach to get in his schedule. Spots will fill up fast and once they are filled, books will be closed to new clients. Feel free to share and spread the word!

Just letting everyone know. With all the recent flooding, it is likely we will have reschedule this week. Roads and bridges are out or impassable. I will do my best to get to you and keep in contact with those that are scheduled. It is also very helpful to let me know if roads are not passable as 511 isn't always up to date. Communication is key at this point!

We are also taking donations for those that have been affected by the floods, whether that is offering to pay for someone's trim, or sending clothes, toiletries, or water with me at your appointment. These items will be dropped off at the Boyden Hull HS. The link below is always changing for items that are in high demand.

Just a few reminders as we head into busy season:

- Saturdays are now reserved for family time. Zach will accept haul ins on Saturday if it works with our schedule. We have something going on almost every weekend this summer and he needs to be there for them.

- Please respect our time!! Calling at all hours of the evening and early mornings will result in no response. Business hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. If you don't hear back in 24 business hours, please try again. It is likely he was with another client when you called.

- This is a solo run business. Things get forgotten or missed. Please be patient.

- He is taking on a very limited amount of new clients. Just remember, if you are a new client it is likely you will have to wait 6-8 weeks before he can get you in.

- We are tossing around the idea of a cancelation fee. We have been burned in the past with people canceling very last minute. We do understand things happen like weather and illness, but if you are canceling the day of because you are "suddenly" on vacation is unacceptable.
