What a wonderful weekend at the Bruce’s Field Aiken II horse show. While there were certainly challenges along the way, our riders demonstrated resilience, focus, and a positive mindset throughout. We are proud of the beautiful rounds, strong placings in competitive classes, and the many individual successes that made this weekend a great one. A special congratulations to Hope and Rowan for qualifying for Junior Hunter Finals.

Lala is a gorgeous mare with lots of miles and tri-colors from the Long Stirrup to Children’s. She is great in the hunters, eq, medal and really shines in derbies. She could easily move up to the 3’3 Juniors. She always jumps a 10! Great mover, always in top ribbons in the hack. Easy to live with and maintain.

However, Lala is not for everyone! She has to be convinced that her rider is serious and going to make her go to work. She is never unsafe, no buck, no spook, but she can be sully when picking up the canter and difficult in the opening canter transition of a course. With the right, quiet confident rider, she will give you the world and win everything! If she likes you, she is a blast and super straightforward! This is a lovely mare that for the right person will be amazing!

While we often enjoy great weather at horse shows, Fall horse showing in the south often brings some surprises. Despite the rain and challenging conditions at the Camden Fall Classic, our riders rose to the occasion with determination and positivity.
