🐞 Attention gardeners and nature enthusiasts! 🌿
Aphids "bad bugs" are attacking my brassica plants hard, but these little guys are hard at work helping me to control them.
If you see one of these little critters in your garden or on your plants, don't kill it! This is a "good bug", it is a ladybug larvae (it will soon develop into the ladybug you probably all can recognize), and will help you keep bad bugs under control.
I practice natural farming principles in my backyard farm/nursery. No pesticides, herbicides, or any other harmful things are used on the things I grow. Instead I use practices like companion planting, integrated pest management and more to created a healthy bio-diverse ecosystem.
These "good bugs" play a crucial role in maintaining a balanced ecosystem in our gardens. They're natural predators of harmful pests like aphids and other insects, keeping our plants healthy and thriving without the need for harmful chemical pesticides. 🚫
So, don't be alarmed if you spot these beneficial ladybugs or their larvae in your garden or on your plants. They're here to help us maintain a harmonious environment while also providing a mesmerizing spectacle of nature in action. 🌸
Let's celebrate the beauty of natural farming and encourage the presence of these wonderful creatures in our gardens! 🌿
