Christian Heineking, head trainer at Heineking Show Stables, completed his German Reitlehrer FN certification and relocated to the United States in 2008. This master certification, which Christian earned at the German Riding Academy at Warendorf, is awarded only after the completion of five years of rigorous coursework and extensive testing of the candidate’s riding ability. Although licensed to t
rain horses and riders through the FEI levels in both dressage and jumping, Christian’s particular area of interest is training and competing in show jumping. He is an avid competitor and is one of the top competitors in the Zone 7 area. Christian is equally comfortable working with young horses or the seasoned grand prix competitor and has had success at such venues as the Lexington National Horse Show in Kentucky, the Winter Equestrian Festival in West Palm Beach, the Germantown Charity Horse Show in Tennessee, the American Royal in Kansas City, and the Las Vegas National in Las Vegas. Heineking Show Stables is located within October Hill Farm which is located in Hudson Oaks, Texas just 25 miles west of Fort Worth, and only 50 miles from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Heineking Show Stables offers full service boarding and training for all horses, whether it is a young prospect or successful Grand Prix jumper.
