The Texas Dogfather Every dog has patterns of behavior "coded" into their genes. Understanding these behaviors or "instincts" is the key to helping our dogs be their best.

We offer a 30 day immersion board and train program. Our training includes several sessions with the owners to ensure the continuation of their learning. We proudly train all breeds, sizes and temperaments. We will take anything from puppy training and general obedience to anxiety, fear, or aggression. Call for more info: 832-474-9060

“Knox and I moved to Colorado this week and hiked a busy and narrow trail full of other dogs and small children together. Never would have dreamed we could have done this without our training with you and Matt. We wanted to send a big thank you to you guys today 🤗”

Almost 3 years ago, Katelyn reached out for help with her dog Knox. He was reactive with people and dogs and struggled on the leash. Katelyn was the type of client who did the work, put in the hours, logged the miles. We got this update after a big move and change of scenery. We couldn’t be more proud of you both!

We would not be able to do what we do without this crew. They show up every day, love the dogs like their own, find joy in their progress, form bonds with the clients, and work to grow their education with each dog that passes through our doors. Having a team you love to spend time with is rare and we are so lucky to have found that with this group. Merry Christmas to our wonderful staff and the family who support them.

Imagine if we, as trainers, collaborated instead of criticized. Shared tips and tools instead of making everything so secretive. Became friends instead of competitors. How many more dogs could we help? How many more lives could we save?
This weekend we hosted our friends over at . We spent the time presenting our areas of expertise with each other’s teams, sharing stories and laughs, and building professional relationships that we can rely on to help the dogs who come into our care.
