As the sun sets on another U-Pick season, we thank all of you “Friends of the Farm” who have supported us, and in past years as well. We couldn’t do it without you! This year, we welcomed Trosi Farms as a partner, and we can’t wait to see what’s next on their calendar! Trosi Farms still maintains their original farm in Elgin, TX, but they have expanded their operation to join us here in Waller, so we are sometimes able to offer pre-picked produce from Elgin in our market here on Binford Rd. They are well-prepared to enhance your agritourism experience with innovative sustainable and regenerative techniques to provide the utmost in quality fruits and vegetables. Throughout the remainder of 2025, and spring 2026, Trosi Farms has plans for POSSIBLE upcoming events, including Market-only days (selling pre-picked homegrown produce only, not U-Pick), “Dinners on the Farm,” and CSA Boxes (Consumer Supported Agriculture) which would offer weekly or bi-weekly subscriptions celebrating the seasons of the farm.
