My Husbands favorite expression is “we have the sweetest birds in Texas”. We accomplish this by having our babies socialized by a caring and loving staff. When we are not busy, you will see me and my staff holding and playing with our babies. They are given toys at a very early age. I consider this a necessity rather than a luxury. Toys help stimulate their minds and keep them from destructive pat

terns of behavior. They are taught basic commands and to use their beaks in a good way. They are taught how to live with their human family before they are brought home. We happily work with our customers to explain bird behavior so that they know what to expect when they get their parrot home.
