My sweet sleeping beauties 😴🥰😍 are the laziest bums I swear😂😂they definitely enjoy the good life. It wasn’t always good though. At one point they were all street dogs here in Houston. Abused, neglected and forgotten like so many others. They’re here today because someone saw them. Someone cared enough to follow up. Someone fostered, someone networked, someone donated. A whole village helped each one of my pack go from the mean streets to satin sheets🤩✨ I think about that often. How many people were involved in all stages of getting by babies safe and/or adopted. How grateful I am for every single person who has helped us.🙏❤️🙏❤️ I know it seems like a dream life, constantly being surrounded by chonky floofs (and it is) but some days it hard. Some days they really frustrate me. Some days it’s painfully clear that I was and am currently, completely insane to give up my easy, normal life to be in dog rescue. To trade a social life for scooping huge amounts of 💩 😅😂Some days they steal my snacks, knock over my drinks and track 💩 through my house😑. Every day they are loud and pushy and expensive..and at least two are really stinky.🤢😷😆But every day I also get the best welcome home wiggles, top tier snuggles, always warm feet, stinky sweet kisses, loyalty, fabulous conversation (if you don’t have full convos with your animals you are really missing out) and the chance to experience the purest love there is🥰 ❤️ No matter how ya cut it, im the one making out on this deal.
