Did you know Pomeranians are a double coated breed? Shaving a double coat can cause permanent damage to the coat and interfere with their ability to regulate their temperature in heat AND cold.
At Happy Snoutz we prioritize educating owners about coat health. We recommend hand-scissor trims and regular deshedding for double coated breeds instead of “summer shave downs”.
