I'm doing Kess Camp with a client this week. We are doing sessions together each morning. I leave with stuff going to goodwill and she has the rest of the day to deal with items and her busy life! We are makng some good progress!

My kids' clothes

We generally do this at the beginning of summer, beginning of school year, and at winter break.

The kid pulls out all his clothes. Then we go category by category... Socks, underwear, swimsuits, professional dress clothes, shoes, all the shirt types (hoodies, tshirts, long sleeve, polo style). The kid gets to reject items that are too small or will never be worn. I might push back a little and ask some questions, but he gets to say. He puts everything back neatly.

I now know what I need to get for summer (very little) and what I need to get for the school year (a whole lot for the kid facing a new dress code).

I don't know if my kids would say they enjoy this process, but they participate pleasantly & I will take that!
