With those front paws raised, you might think this is all about the shoulders. But the front legs are working to hold a steady position, while the back legs do much of the heavy lifting. Teamwork makes the treat work!

A day filled with wagging tails, incredible determination, and plenty of heart! 🐾💙

We had the pleasure of joining the very first annual Para-Pet Games, hosted by Violet Crown Veterinary Specialists at Jester King Brewery, alongside so many wonderful vendors and dog-loving families!

It was inspiring to see dogs of all abilities! From three-legged pups to blind and deaf dogs, showing off just how capable they truly are. Every dog had their own way of shining. 💪

And behind every incredible pup was an equally amazing human, cheering them on and offering support every step of the way!

Because it’s not about what a dog can’t do. It’s about celebrating everything they CAN do. 💙

A huge thank you to Violet Crown Veterinary Services for having us and to everyone who came out to make this event so special.

We enjoyed every moment and can’t wait for next year’s games! 🐾✨

Progress means more when it continues long after the training session ends. 💙🐾

For Misa and Nova, training wasn’t about following a rigid formula. It was about finding what worked for Nova, adapting when needed, and giving the whole family practical skills they could continue using at home.

The result? A less anxious Nova, a more positive relationship with her family, and humans who feel better equipped to keep building on her progress.

Thank you, Misa, for trusting us with Nova’s journey. We love seeing the work turn into meaningful changes in everyday life. 💙

Enrichment isn’t about keeping your dog busy every second of the day. It’s about giving them meaningful opportunities to be a dog. 🐾

That might mean slowing down to sniff on a walk, searching for food, solving a puzzle, exploring different surfaces, moving their body with purpose, or simply having the space to rest and recover.

Because enrichment doesn’t look the same for every dog. What excites one dog may overwhelm another, and more isn’t always better.

The best enrichment meets the dog in front of you by balancing mental engagement, purposeful movement, natural behaviors, choice, and recovery.
