A shotgun instead of a ribbon š!
Did you know; that Modern Dog shows are nothing in kind like the original first dog shows.
Even the prizes š that are given now are of no similarity.
Modern dog shows started around 1859 in England of which only the hunting and working breeds like setters, and pointers were allowed. Instead of a pink ribbon ,The first place winner won shot gun. And the dogs actually exhibited their function that they were bred to do. And the winner was the dog that performed the task the best.

So, a c**n dog actually had to show its c**n skill not just stand there and ādo nothing.ā As with all things meaningful comes its dangerous magnetic š§² cousin and enemy Mr.āmeaningless.ā
The non working dogs of today are a shell š of those Giants of yesterday.
The dog breeds of today still have small pockets of the correct functional dogs out here you just have to be more diligent in finding them.
