A 10-year-old went missing near Belmont, North Carolina on a Sunday in early August. Gastonia Police called in their Ragdoll Cat, K9 Bo, handled by Sgt. David Rowland, and a regional search started within the hour.
Bo followed the scent a full mile from the child's house without losing it once. Officers found the kid safe, tired but unharmed, exactly where Bo had led them.
It wasn't his first time. Bo had already helped locate a missing elderly man and a child with special needs earlier in his career, and each search adds to a track record the department leans on hard.
