✨Hiya everyone! ✨As you know I’ve been MIA due to family medical issues.. now that I have my mom home and in stable condition with the hell of my dad, I am considering starting my Dog Mobile Nail routes again when it starts to cool down. Most likely in OCTOBER
I will send out a mass text to all my clients and let them know I will be starting back up. However because we had to move to Houston to have my mom closer to TIRR hospital. I will only be able to do 1 maybe 2 routes a month and will be charging $25 for nail trim and filing instead of $20.
I’m sorry for disappearing everyone I just had to make sure I took care of my momma. Thank you to everyone who understands and I’m sorry if it caused any inconveniences. I look forward to seeing all my clients and furr friends !

If it would be possible for anyone who has used me and approves of my services to kindly share my last post or recommendation on your local neighborhood, Facebook group pages as I have come to find it is harder for small businesses to promote themselves unless being recommended by someone. I would appreciate it so incredibly much! I appreciate you guys and thank you for being so patient while I’ve had to manure through some difficult times!

Hey everyone! I know I’ve been gone a while due to my mom’s medical issue, I just wanted to give everybody a heads up that I will be starting my mobile nail trimming back up in early March. I will be planning to run Two routes, one march 2 which is a Saturday and one on Sunday the 3rd.
If you’d like your dog to be put on the schedule and I have already trimmed thier nails before just text me what date you’d like and I should have your info still saved and the Friday before the route I will text everybody my ETA for either Saturday or Sunday depending on the day thats chosen. If you are new send me your name, your pups name and what day you’d like me to come 🙂 non aggressive and non difficult dogs only please.

7 last minute cancellations for tomorrow.

From here out if you last minute cancel your dogs nail appointment (on Friday when I send out my ETAs for that weekend) I will be adding on a $20 fee to the next time I am called to come service your pet on top of the $20 service fee. If you do it more than twice I will No longer service you.
I’m having to many people that schedule in advance cancel the day before when I send out my ETAs.
With how I make my schedule, I ask that if you aren’t sure you will be available that day (all day- open schedule) please do not reach out to be put on the schedule. When I have this many cancellations it completely throws off all my times for everyone else and puts a strain on me. I could have also put other people on my route instead but only accept so many before I’m booked and have to turn people away for that date.

I 100% understand there will be cancellations, but please be sure to cancel before Fridays and not on Friday after I create my route and send out ETAs.
(Emergencies are different)

I’m also considering charging people $30 per dog that dont stay on a (once every 2 month schedule. Most grooming places/vets charge more if you don’t stay on a once a month schedule.)
Waiting 4-5 months to reach out to me to have me do you dogs nails is not cool. Not only is it not good to have your dog nails go that long without doing them, it makes it just that much harder for me to contain thier quicks and create a bond with your dog.

As a small business and the only employee.
After 3 years s of dog boarding and 1 year of doing mobile nail trimming as well as being a groomer.
It saddens me that I have to place these new rules on my clients ESPECIALLY the clients that have been super amazing and Repetitive.
