Houma Airbase Arena Repairs Update
We know that many of you have been wondering about what’s happening at the Houma Airbase Arena.

Here is an update from the Parish:
We’re excited to share some great progress! All hurricane-related repairs at the Houma Airbase Arena were officially completed in December, and we’re now moving into the next phase of work.
We are now tackling deferred maintenance items such as the bleachers and chutes to ensure everything is safe, functional, and ready for use. In the coming weeks, you’ll notice a lot of sandblasting and painting as we continue bringing the arena back to top shape.
We’re on track to have everything ready for the spring, and we appreciate your patience and support as we push toward the finish line.
TLAFA will continue to update everyone as the work continues. We will plan for a membership/interest meeting soon. Check back here for the date and other details.

Terrebonne Parish is celebrating its Bicentennial this year. If anyone has pictures, items, or any information about Agriculture in Terrebonne Parish, please contact Cherie Roger (985-873-6495 or [email protected])
Topics include sugarcane (and plantations), home gardens, Easter Lilies, cattle, rodeo, 4-H, etc.

We would like to include some history about TLAFA in the presentation as well.
