Yes this video is showing puppies potty as we let them out for playtime. We get asked about potty training. We hear often are the puppies “potty trained” short answer is no they aren’t and if any breeder is saying their pups are at 8-16 week run the other way. Why do I say this?

*Moving to a new environment is stressful for a puppy. Stress can disrupt routines and lead to setbacks in training, including accidents even if the puppy was making progress.
*A new home means new smells, surfaces, and locations. The puppy hasn’t yet learned where it’s supposed to go potty in this setting.
*Training Requires Time and Repetition: Potty training is a gradual process. Even the most consistent puppies need weeks or months of patient, ongoing reinforcement before they’re considered fully trained.

What we do is make sure our pups learn routines and start litter box training at 3 weeks old which then they learn to potty outside so they transition easily to their new homes. Litter box is only used for a short amount of time until pups go home. We’ve had reports of folk’s puppies not having any accidents to many that will get their pup trained in a very short amount of time.
