Another wonderful trailride with our 2 year old filly Cedar. I only rode her for 1 minute, and thats was enough to see how she would do. She did amazing. This was her first time on the trail w a saddle. She was tired after 4 miles of hauling the saddle around. 🤠💪🐎

Kuettel Stables in 1 mile north of Dale. We offer pasture board. The horses have the option to go into the end of the barn if they want. 10 acres of pasture. We clean the pastures and paddocks twice a day. Free choice round bales that we make ourselves, with nets, offered all year. Automatic waterers. We can feed grain, owner supplys grain. Large stalls for use if needed. Large tackroom, cross ties, hitching post. Patience pole. Heated office w/ hot and cold running water. Area to bathe your horse outside. Insulated indoor arena that is 40x80, Large outdoor that is 154x202. Fields around farm to ride, close to wiouwash, county forest, and school forest. Trailer parking, bathroom. $275 per month. We have a new addition to the farm. Ozark is a registered Missouri Fox Trotter filly. She is super sweet and will make a great addition to the herd.

So my mouse trap caught 0 mice. And 1 blue spotted salamander. He was very cute. I let him go out in the field. Be free little buddy.

Back from our 2 week trip to Oklahoma and Arkansas. We had a awesome time putting on over 134 mile on our fat ponies. We rode everyday except travel days. Sat around at night telling stories and just enjoying life. Definitely going back to Arkansas really soon. The weather was awesome and the riding just cant be beat. The views where breath taking.
At the end if our trip we came home with Cedars sister for a little ground work training. There was no squealing so I think they remember each other.

Through the years we have been having a lot of problems with the front pole barn flooding and eroding out from under the concrete. The front cement footing that is exposed is leaning out. So what do ya do. Ya fix it the best ya can with limited funds. We jack hammered out the concrete. It was so wet underneath that the skid steer pushed the broken concrete into the mud when we drove on it. We then tiled inside and outside, covered with gravel, then shavings. Put up some new boards on the wall and wala. We have a dry horse shelter. We also put up a wind block entry way on the north side. Time will tell how it keeps the snow out. But after the 2 and a half inches of rain we had the barn was dry. Go team Kuettel

When we farmed there was a barn fan here. Then we had it covered w plywood. I finally got to putting in glass block and some bricks. I may not have done it the right way, but I did it the best I could. I think it turned out pretty good.

February 8th me and Darren went down to MO to pick up this little MFT filly. She was mostly unhandled and scared of everything.
