Pooooooodles in the Park! ((You guys know what my favorite dayyyyy is😂))
So much fun! It always go by so fast!
We were busy little beavers last night! We worked Down and Sit Stays with some twists, we practiced waiting patiently while walkers, strollers, other poodles passed, we worked on U-turns, About Turns, and Individual Recalls…… always fun, always stellar Poodles that we love love love (even when they are a little mischievous😍)
As always thank you for taking the time to come to classes, you guys make it special for me. I am grateful for you and your little beautiful Poodles too.♥️

This was a super fun new exercise asking a few youngsters to make good decisions in what has the potential to be some “puppy” moments!
This was a lot to ask of our rambunctious Poodle Pups ((but I’ll always ask anyway😂))
Usually I am very happy with the answers they give us! Kudos to these Poodle Moms for putting in the hard work and having patience to train and work through the challenges I lay in front of them! You guys WOW me!

Salty 🐉 Dragon this week! We worked on Serpentines, Weaves and paying attention to where my feet are (he watches so carefully I need to make sure they are facing where he is to go next!)
He was stellar as always, we had so much fun!

We WORKED our Poodles last night!
What a wonderful example of how consistent and dedicated our Poodle Moms and Dads are! Some of our Poodles in this class could not be in a room with one other dog without barking, jumping or waiting patiently!
I do say often what a good job everyone is doing, I am going to say it again…..
“I am so happy to see the progress all of you have made, be it the year, the month, the months, or the years.”
Way to go! I am your biggest cheerleader and always will be!

Now that was a fun group of classes last night!
Our Poodles handled themselves with grace and patience…..we had some new faces which made for some curiosity as others passed…..good decisions were easy to come by!
We worked on some new exercises that added a higher degree of attention to their handlers.

Can you guess which ones are ready to graduate from AKC STAR Puppy?
It’s so nice to have a mix of Canine Good Citizens AND puppies in this class!
The CGC Grads can use the distractions, our youngsters can benefit from the calm, cool demeanor of our more advanced Poodles.
Special mention to Mr. Wilbur this was his very first class! He was so very good!
