EDIT: tech support said due to an influx in text/call requests for the business number, my number had been locked by the company as it notified the system of spam or hacking!!!!
Everything should be fixed and working! any previous calls or text will not be received from you on my end or any previous sent by me to you will not be received!!
Thank you all for understanding, I am still working out the schedule and communication issue this has caused for the past two days!
I am having difficulties reaching any of my clients via the business number.
(I have sent out about 25+ messages yesterday, not one was received and had quite the game of phone tag for pick up and was very off for the day!)
This has unfortunately been ongoing since yesterday morning around 10:00am, I apologize for any issues this may cause.
There may possibly be delays in your normal grooming times and you may be contacted via my personal number for your pickup/drop off text ๐
I am not ignoring anyone or anything of that sort!
The plan for this week has been to get ahold of my text/call back list to get everyone who needs to be scheduled/rescheduled back in, by Friday evening this week no later! so please donโt fret, Iโm attempting to accomplish this on time still!
