*Important Update from Winters Pet Services*

Hey valued customers and supporters! 👋 I wanted to give you a quick update on the current status of our business. Unfortunately, we've hit a bit of a snag with our bus still being out of commission and our trailer not quite finished yet. We're aiming to wrap up the trailer by next weekend, fingers crossed! 🤞

In the meantime, we're feeling the pinch with bills due and limited income due to the slowdown. We're doing our best to get everything back on track ASAP. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Keep an eye on our page for updates, and we'll let you know as soon as we're up and running again! 📱 We're excited to get back to business and can't wait to serve you better soon. Thanks for sticking with us! 🙏

God is good. And it’s good to have a good husband!! The bus is down, AGAIN! However, we are working on our second chapter with an enclosed trailer 🤩🤩 here’s some progress, I PROMISE I’m itching to get back on schedule and the roads! We are doing all we can!! THANK YOU to everyone who has checked in, shared the love and encouragement and I’m over the moon for everyone’s patience with me as I navigate this storm!! We plan to see you on the roads again SOON!!! 🥳🥳

Sadly, still closed 🤦🏻‍♀️
Still working on getting the bus back up and running! In the mean time we have been working on renovation an enclosed trailer!!
I appreciate everyone patience! We have had some serious hurdles this year with the bus but we are not giving up and working hard to find a speedy solution and be back on the roads!!!

Good morning, Please accept my sincerest apologies for the last-minute cancellation. Unfortunately, my vehicle experienced a breakdown on Friday while I was working, and repairs are ongoing. As a result, I will be closed until further notice. If you need assistance finding a temporary groomer, I would be more than happy to provide recommendations. I appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

✂️💖🐾Grooming is a Journey, Not Just a Service!

Grooming is not about perfection on the first visit — it’s a process of building trust, comfort, and connection.

It’s about getting to know each dog as an individual… understanding their body language, their quirks, their fears, and their joys. It’s about creating a space where they feel safe and respected.

It means choosing the right products for their coat type, not only in the salon, but also helping pet parents with at-home care. It’s about guiding healthy coat growth and using the right tools with patience and skill.

Grooming isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every dog is different. Every day is different. Some days are challenging — for us or for them — and that’s okay. Compassion and flexibility go a long way.

It’s about finding a style that fits not only the dog’s coat and breed, but also the owner’s lifestyle — and being ready to adapt that style as the dog grows, ages, or changes.

It’s a craft that requires constant learning, evolving, and sometimes stepping out of our comfort zones.

But above all, grooming is love.
It’s showing up with your heart full and your hands ready to give your best — every single time — because each dog deserves to feel special, seen, and cherished.

Welcome Mayo! This very large and very fluffy Pyrenees mix definitely gave me a run for my money as a first timer, but by the end mom was happy, pup felt better and we moved on with our day!

Sometimes, getting groomed is hard. Sometimes getting older doesn’t always get the job done FAST. But in the bus we don’t strive to be fast, we strive to treat each and every pet the way we would expect ours to be treated. We strive to go at the Pets pace and just do the very best we can while keeping the pet comfortable. I say all this because, sometimes the “perfect picture” doesn’t always happen. Sometimes in the midst of keeping the dog comfortable, you remember you didn’t take any pictures so while giving the dog a break you do, and your just so proud of the progress made and KNOW how happy the owner will be you just keep rolling!
