I can't take him to the beach for a walk because it annoys you and disturbs the vacation... I have no right to rent a house if I have a dog, nor can I take him on public transportation.

However, I can take it to the rubble to find you after an earthquake, in the woods after you got lost in the mountains and had no map or gps; under the snow because you took a detour forbidden off the track; in the water because despite the red flag you have entered the sea, and your life is in danger!

And finally ...

He is just a dog, but he or she will find you. And it will save you!!!

URGENT.
An appeal for Guinness.
This lovely boy has found himself homeless .He has been with his owner most of his life but unfortunately things have changed . His owner recently had to move out of his home and was not allowed to take Guinness to his present accommodation.
Guinness was allowed to remain with the new occupants and was staying in the shed while his owner was allowed to visit daily to feed him .
But all that has changed this past week and new occupants dont want Guinness on the property any longer . He has now started to wander the neighbourhood looking for his owner . We feel it will be just a matter of time before he gets lost or worse still get run over or shot if he strays into a farmers field.
Guinness is an elderly boy and just needs a secure area and somewhere warm on these cold nights .
We are appealing for a short term foster home just until.a space opens up at our kennels.
Can anyone offer Guinness temporary accommodation.

Update on Guinness.
Guinness is actually a female collie and a much loved pet and was always very well taken care of by her elderly owner until his circumstances changed . He is now in elderly accommodation and pets are not allowed otherwise he would not have parted with his beloved pet.
Guinness is 13 years old and her owner would love to see her getting a nice retirement home for her senior years. She hasnt been around other dogs much but has been around cats .She is very timid so a home with young children may not suit . She will walk on a lead and doesnt pull.
We think she maybe be getting deaf so a secure area is a must .
We want to thank all the kind people who have replied and we will be responding in due course

“Today I adopted a human. It broke my heart to see him so lonely and confused. And suddenly I got his teary eyes to meet mine. I don't like the smell of sad. I wanted to jump on him so bad. He spoke to me with cuteness and I knew it, I had to rescue him!, that human needed me. So I bark with all my strength, I followed him blocks and blocks.
I got close, I could smell his hands. The human smiled for an instant and when he took me in his arms, I started to feel his ice cream heart warmed. I approached his cheeks and felt a tear roll on them. I looked at him deeply and his response was a brilliant smile. I jumped excited into his arms, I promised to behave, love him forever and never part with his side.
How lucky he was to go through that block, down that street and I feel lucky too.
There were so many people walking around and no one was looking at me. All worried, all in their troubles. Glad no one else chose me Today I saved a life. Today I adopted a human” 🐾 🐕
