Looking for a fun and healthy way to spoil your pup this summer? Try these Frozen Banana & Peanut Butter Pup Pops!

You’ll need:
✔️ 1 ripe banana
✔️ 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
✔️ 1 tbsp xylitol-free peanut butter
✔️ A splash of water or low-sodium broth (optional)

👉 Mash, mix, pour into molds, freeze, and let the tail-wagging begin! You can even add safe extras like blueberries or carrots. 🫐🥕

Dehydration in Pets: Know the Signs!
Hot weather can sneak up on our furry friends, and dehydration is more dangerous than it seems. Watch for:
🔹 Sunken eyes
🔹 Lethargy
🔹 Dry gums
🔹 Loss of skin elasticity
🔹 Panting or decreased appetite

Tips to encourage hydration:
-️ Keep multiple water bowls around the house
-️ Add ice cubes to their bowl or try a pet water fountain
-️ Offer wet food or low-sodium broth
-️ Bring water on walks or car rides

Heat Stress in Pets Is Serious
With temps rising, our furry friends are at risk for heat exhaustion—and they can't tell us when they're too hot! Watch for these warning signs:

🚨 Excessive panting
🚨 Drooling
🚨 Weakness or stumbling
🚨 Vomiting or diarrhea
🚨 Bright red gums or tongue

If you notice any of these signs, move your pet to a cool area and call us right away!
