I can’t believe this sweet girl still hasn’t found her forever family!!! She is doing great with her foster - now that she has settled in, she is playing like a kitten!!! Her foster family says she greets them at the door every day when they come home, so they call her their cat-dog 😻

She is also adjusting well to her dog housemates, so we would feel very comfortable with her going to a home with a calm, respectful dog - although we imagine she would put a less respectful dog back in line quickly 😂😂

Nala is the sweetest girl, and the perfect balance of cuddly and independent. Is there anyone that has connections or knows of a cat rescue in Tennessee, in or near the Nashville/Chattanooga/Murfreesboro area? We would love to help this little family but it is way out of our area!!! (Pictures in comments)

This is an AMAZING organization that we have worked with many times!! Please consider fostering a dog for them if you are able - they save dogs from euthanasia every day, but they can’t continue to do that without fosters!!

Have you ever thought about becoming a foster but then find all the reasons to talk yourself out of it? Please, just ask yourself this one question…

Did you know, a large number of dogs rescued, and now ready for adoption in the northeast, was directly made possible due to the availability of temporary foster homes? Without available fosters, to place dogs in need, there exists no opportunity to save these precious lives and relocate them from overcrowded situations to areas with available adopters eagerly waiting to shower them with love and care.

It may seem difficult to see them go once they have taken a hold of your heart, but in letting them go, you know that you personally had a hand in SAVING A LIFE. You gave them the opportunity to grow and thrive or simply not to die alone on a shelter floor. You had a direct impact on making a LIFE better and if you are willing, you can do it again for the next dog running out of time.

Fostering is extremely gratifying and rescue simply is not possible without those willing to open their hearts and homes to dogs in need.

So, please considering fostering, just remember to ask yourself this one question…

Please, is there anyone available to foster these two brothers for this amazing rescue so they don’t have to go to the shelter??? 😢😢😢

Emmy’s two friends are heading to the West Milford Animal Shelter on Thursday since a foster/adopter wasn’t found💔. There is still time. 6 and 8 years old, Fred and Felix are bonded and need a miracle.
