We are full at the Haven and when this happens and we need to help someone, the best we can do is a courtesy post.
Lucky’s story began when he wandered up to a kind couple’s home as a kitten eight years ago—and he’s been deeply loved ever since. Sadly, his owners are moving into a facility ( June 30, yeah, I know….)where pets are not allowed, and they are heartbroken to be parting with him.

Lucky has lived as the only cat in a calm, loving home his whole life. While we’re not sure how he does around other cats, dogs, or children, his current family describes him as an incredibly sweet and affectionate companion.

Lucky is looking for a new forever home where he can continue to be loved and cherished.
I’d like to reiterate that he is not a Kitty Kat Haven cat and this adoption would be between the owner and the potential adapter.

COURTESY POST - ORANGE BOY ALERT! Please read in entirety to learn all about what Saturn needs in a home. Saturn is a sweet 4- to 5-year-old neutered male who, as you can see, loves people and to be loved in return! He was taken in to help a family member who has been unable to reclaim him. He is not a fan of other cats which is challenging in his current living situation as there are other cats. He has been raised with dogs and has done fine with them. So pretty firm on no other cats but likely ok with a cat friendly dog. He's fairly stressed with having to be isolated and has had crystals that the vet thinks in part are caused by the stress. BUT best option is to keep him on his special diet of Hills C/D. If you or someone you know has no cats but is looking for a sweet one send us a DM to get connected with his current caretaker.

COURTESY POST - This is Blackie. Blackie is blind and would be considered a senior at approx 12 years old. Blackie has been much loved. A few years ago he underwent treatment for a severe eye infection, that resulted in removal of one eye and blindness in the other. He has adapted well and he is so sweet and social and always at his owner's feet, following her everywhere. So much so that he presents his 90 yr old mom with a significant fall hazard. She wants what is best for him and has to consider her own safety. He has been around another cat all of his life and does fine. But we believe he would do best in a calm environment, slow introduction to another cat if one present and absolutely no dogs.
