Please consider donating if you can and help sweet Uno get the care he needs! He was surrendered by a family that couldn’t cover his medical needs after being hit by a car, breaking his left rear leg. As many of you know, Hood River Adopt a Dog does so much for this community, but doesn’t have the financial resources to cover the costs for the special surgery he needs. He has warmed our hearts with his sweet personality despite all that he has been through. If you can give a little it would be so appreciated. ❤️
Also, Uno will eventually be needing a place to call home. Reach out if you are interested. He’s a sweet 2 year old (will be neutered) male.

Ok, this time it’s for real! Darby has found his way home!
Thank you to our wonderful community for sharing and support.

Also, this can serve as a good reminder to make sure you register your pet’s microchips online!

Darby was registered, but so many forget to register chips with your current contact information. They mean nothing unless they are connected to you! ❤️

Warning!
Our clinic has received an unconfirmed but worrisome report of a blue green algae toxicity on the Columbia River near Rock Creek in Mosier.
Be cautious with your pets around slow moving or stagnant water.

At least eight dogs have died after swimming in ponds. Likely, liver failure was brought on by ingesting water contaminated with toxic blue-green algae.

In the past year Dr Dave has been volunteering at The Rowena Wildlife Clinic. Lead poisoning is a significant issue for the raptors that present there. This is a small clinic that operates on a shoestring budget. Please consider a donation to this worthy cause!

You can contribute to our GoFundMe to help purchase a blood analysis machine that… Shannon Perry needs your support for Eagles Poisoned by Lead Need Your Help
