Extra long European Maine C**n fact of the day lol:

They are by far the best mice hunters, an absolute predator! We live on farmland and the mice never stand a chance. You’d be shocked at how much faster they are in all ways than a normal house cat because of their size. Their paws are extra large and they spread out like bat wings while hunting. Their ear tuffs make great receivers so their hearing is even better. It’s rumored that Vikings sailed with these cats specially for this reason, so that their food supply would stay safe from rodents. It’s also said that they wore the cats around the back of their neck for warmth. Maine c***s love being as high as possible and mine love being on top of my shoulders so this makes sense given their body warmth making it a win, win.
